Group signals by interface/channel and retain accepted-event annotations. Specify the capture window, sample clock and data loss limits. A tool's transaction overlay is useful only when its event reconstruction agrees with the observed handshake and reset contract.
Assertion failure can mark the sampled violation time and property context.
Transaction recording: log the fields and beats needed for correlation, with sampling and storage limits defined.
Post-simulation analysis can rank checker reports and earliest observed anomalies; it cannot automatically identify every root cause.
